5 Minute BLAST
The Walk
- Get in touch with your breathing. Take 5 conscious breaths.
- Go outside and walk briskly for 2 minutes and notice 3 things you have not noticed before.
- Turn around & return. Listen for 3 things you have not heard before.
- Return to regular scheduled activities.
Environment Change
- Go be in a place that you do not usually spend time – sitting at a different desk, a quiet place in your home, on a chair or table, or a place outside.
- Relax your body.
- Notice 2 ways things look different from this perspective.
- Return to tasks at hand.
30 Minute BLAST
Focus of this time: Do something to recharge your batteries, that is a treat for you to do, and you love doing.
Suggestion before engaging in any of the following activities: Write a question or reflection to consider, a problem to solve, in coaching lingo write an Inquiry. Then let it be and give your unconscious mind a chance to play with it.

- Enjoy reading something that inspires you and you love
State Notebook
- If you have created a State Notebook, spend time looking at it, listening to it, and experiencing the wonders you have created.
